Can residents pay rent by UPI?
Yes. Every reminder carries a UPI link for the exact amount. Payments settle to your bank account through the gateway you connect.
What if a resident pays cash?
Mark the payment as cash with the date and amount. A receipt is still issued and the ledger stays complete.
Can rent differ by bed?
Yes. A window bed in a twin room can cost more than the inner bed in a triple. Rent is set per bed.
Do you hold our money?
No. Payments go through your own payment gateway account directly to your bank.
