Can I import my current Excel or Google Sheet?
Yes. Upload your sheet with room numbers, bed numbers and resident names, and the board is drawn from it. Most properties are live within an afternoon.
Does it support separate wings for men and women?
Yes. Tag floors or rooms by wing, and bookings are only offered beds in the matching wing.
Can a bed be blocked for repair?
Mark any bed as blocked with a reason and an expected date. It drops out of availability until you reopen it.
Can I manage several buildings?
Each building gets its own board, and the Whole House plan adds a combined view across properties and cities.
